Prem Talreja Chief Executive Officer, VC + CRO

Prem is a tech executive, investor and advisor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has a significant experience in the tech industry and cloud infrastructure SaaS startups. He held leadership positions at various tech companies where he was responsible for market research, product defintion, sales, and marketing. At The Fabric VC, he nurtured entrepreneurs in the SaaS space and helped startups validate their products, build market presence, and secure customers. He held advisory roles at VeloCloud (VMware), Appcito (A10 Networks), Perspica (Cisco), Drastin (Splunk) and others. He is a graduate of BITS-Pilani, India, University of Wisconsin and hold an MBA from Duke, Fuqua School of Business.

Miguel Fuentes Buchholtz Chief Technology Officer

Miguel is a technology and business executive and advisor with over 17 years of experience in the technology industry. He has a strong background in software development, data analysis, software architecture, automation, and blockchain. He has held various roles, including Co-Founder of Tuten and Variacode, several roles within the Santiago Stock Exchange, and General Manager of the Chile Site at PagerDuty. His expertise lies in start-up consulting, business development, and technical leadership. He has also worked as a consultant for various companies, including Rundeck, Inc. His vertical experience spans different industries, including finance, compliance, and last-mile operations.

Roger Hong Head of Business Development and Partnerships

Roger Hong is Business development and Data & AI product leader with 18+ years driving growth for leading technology companies. Proven track record of generating $600MM+ in value through strategic partnerships, scalable GTM strategies, and successful product launches. Roger has worked at IBM and Hewlett-Packard in business development roles. Over a decade of experience aligning cross-functional teams to accelerate execution and drive significant revenue impact. Proud U.S. Navy veteran. Roger is based in Silicon Valley.

Navdeep Agarwal Head of Engineering - India

With 13+ years of deep data engineering experience, Navdeep has architected and led teams to build and scale platforms from a few terabytes to exabyte-class workloads for global leaders like Symantec, Hotstar, Chainalysis, Roche, and the Government of India. His expertise spans from Linux driver development to managing and optimizing 500 TB RAM clusters. With his colleagues, Mayur and Yash, Navdeep is passionate about building next-generation, AI-powered analytics and data platforms that redefine what’s possible with large-scale, real-time data.

Mary Lee Sharp

Mary Lee Sharp is a Fortune 500-experienced Global Chief Human Resources Officer, employment attorney, and board member with deep expertise in human capital strategy, compensation governance, M&A integration, and organizational culture. She has built HR departments from scratch, scaled teams that fueled 360% market cap growth, led HR functions across high-growth global public and private companies, including NextNav (NASDAQ: NN), National Mortgage Insurance (NASDAQ: NMIH), Financial Engines (NASDAQ: FNGN), and Omnicell (NASDAQ: OMCL). She holds a JD from Santa Clara University and BA in Political Science from the University of Denver.

Brandon Colina

With over a decade of experience in driving AI innovation and technical excellence, Brandon specializes in creating scalable, high-impact solutions that align with business objectives. His expertise includes AI & Machine Learning, spearheading the development of AI-powered solutions using AWS Bedrock, LangChain, and LangGraph, delivering fully functional agents that leverage LLMs for advanced automation and customer-specific solutions. Expert in AWS cloud infrastructure and using Terraform to automate infrastructure deployments, ensuring resilience and cost efficiency.

Rey (Renaldo) Ramirez

Rey Ramirez is a global HR leader and strategist with deep experience across the full spectrum of human resources—from talent acquisition and retention to total rewards, compliance, leadership development, and digital transformation. He has also led HR strategy through more than 50 mergers, acquisitions, and integrations, helping organizations align people, culture, and business goals during times of rapid change. In 2020, he co-founded Thrive HR Consulting, a fractional HR advisory firm based in Austin and Denver. Rey has worked with some of the world’s most innovative companies, including Deloitte, Cisco, Electronic Arts, BMC Software, Cognizant, and several private equity-backed firms.

Patricia Watkins

Patricia Watkins is an experienced board member, Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist and Sales Growth Expert. She has held senior leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Channels, with Fortune companies including Hewlett-Packard, Teradata, AT&T, NCR, and a number of start-ups in Silicon Valley. She’s authored two best-selling books: Land and EXPAND – 6 Simple Strategies and Driving MORE Sales - 12 Essential Elements. Patricia graduated with a BBA from The University of Texas, and an MBA from Santa Clara University, both with honors. She has served on public, private, advisory and non-profit boards. She is currently on six boards, three offer AI solutions.

Dr Tapan N. Kant MD

Dr. Tapan N. Kant MD is a family medicine doctor in Atlanta, Georgia. He received his medical degree from Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Kant has expertise in treating diabetes, among other conditions and is highly recommended by patients. Dr Kant is an Entrepreneur and has recently started Stellicare to bring AI technology to the business needs of private physicians operating Direct Primary Care practices.
